    كسوته بردي سناً وافتخار

    May the office gladden you, O full moon of joy;

  2. تسمو بهِ عزاً لجسم العلى

    بفضلك الزاهي لاعلى منار

    You raise it as an honor to the body of eminence,

    Through your radiant excellence, to the highest beacon.

  3. أنت بلا شكٍ لجسم العلى

    أصفى فؤادٍ ليس فيه اغبرار

    You are, without doubt, for the body of eminence,

    The purest heart, with no trace of dust.

  4. لا زلت مشمولاً بنيل المنى

    مشتملاً بالسعد حسن الوقار

    May you ever be enfolded in the fulfillment of your wishes,

    Wrapped in good fortune, with gracious dignity.

  5. نوالك المنصب تاريخهُ

    جاء فؤاد للعلى مستشار

    The date of your attaining the office reads:
