إلى علياك تبتسم المعالي

وتجلو بالتهاني خير طلعه

High honors smile upon your eminence,

and unveil the fairest countenance with congratulations.

فما من منصب اشرقت الا

بنور الفضل قد نورت ربعه

For no office have you graced without

illuminating its precincts with the light of excellence.

غدوت رئيس مجلس حكم عدلٍ

وحكم العدل اتقن فيك صنعه

You have become head of a council of just judgment,

and just rule has perfected its handiwork in you.

فدم بالمجد مجموعاً بسعدٍ

أدام اللَه بالتوفيق جمعه

So abide in glory, joined with good fortune;

may God perpetuate that union with success.

ونل عزاً وزد صدقاً وأرخ

سما عدلية الأحكام رفعه

And attain honor, grow in sincerity, and mark the date:

His elevation has raised the court of justice on high.
