حيى الإلهُ بشيرنا المولى الذي
ضاءَتshone بنورwith the light of شهابهhis meteor الأفلاكُthe celestial spheres
ضاءَت بنور شهابه الأفلاكُ
May God bless our Bashir, the lord whose
The Lord, our herald, hailed be He
Meteor's light made the celestial spheres shine.
The galaxies alit with His radiance were
خضعbowed السماكthe star al-Simak للثمto kiss راحتهhis palm التيwhich
خضع السماك للثم راحته التي
نهضتrose للثمto kiss بنانهاits fingertips الأسماكthe fish
نهضت للثم بنانها الأسماك
The star al-Simak bowed to kiss his palm, whose
The firmament bent low at His throne
Fingertips the fish rose to kiss.
And the fish raised their structures for His throne
