And drink from the blessed pure water

A cup of bliss beside its crimson, fragrant herbs.

واطرح بميزابها جمع الهموم إذا

رايت ازهارها تدعو إلى الفرج

And cast all your cares into its waterspout when

And rid yourself of all worries when

You see its flowers calling you to relief:

Gilded yellow mingling with fresh green,

With yellow gold and green vitality

And white as silver, blue as jet.

And white like pearls and blue lazuli

يا حبذا بركة بالورد قد نظمت

وقام نرجسها كالأعين الدعج

Oh, how lovely a pool wreathed in roses,

How blessed is the garden adorned with roses

And its narcissi standing like wide, dark eyes.

And narcissus standing like languid eyes

لا زال أسعدها في عيشه رغدا

منعما مشرقا في أرفع الدرج

منعما مشرقا في أرفع الدرج

May its Asʿad ever live at ease,

May it remain in prosperous blissful life

Blessed and radiant in the loftiest ranks.
