An eagle in the mosque of Jilliq tells us:

“I am the bird being imitated; the other is the echo.”

وقد أطرب الأسماع مطرب جنكها

وقد أطرب الأسماع مطرب جنكها

وغنى به من لا يغني مغردا

وغنى به من لا يغني مغردا

And the player of its harp has indeed delighted the ears,

and through it one who does not sing has sung, warbling.
