وكُلُّ شَطْرٍ منهُ مقلُوبُ

The name of the one I love, with its letter-dots altered,

The name of the one I love is misspelled

And each half of it reversed,

And every other line of it is inverted

يوجَدُ في تلكَ إذَنْ قِسْمَةٌ

ضِئزى عياناً وهوَ مكتوبُ

Is found in “That, then, is a division

So it seems that in it there is a division

Unfair”—plain to see, and written down.

Clearly unfair though it is written
