وَهَبتِ لَهُ عَلى المِسواكِ ريقاً

وَهَبتِ لَهُ عَلى المِسواكِ ريقاً

فَطابَ لَهُ بِطيبِ ثَنِيَّتَيكِ

فَطابَ لَهُ بِطيبِ ثَنِيَّتَيكِ

You gave him some saliva upon the tooth-cleaning stick,

You granted him from your toothbrush saliva

So it tasted sweet to him through the sweetness of your two front teeth.

So it was pleasant for him from your sweet crevice

أُقَبِّلُهُ عَلى الذِكرى كَأَنّي

أُقَبِّلُهُ عَلى الذِكرى كَأَنّي

أُقَبِّلُ فيهِ فاكِ وَمُقلَتَيكِ

أُقَبِّلُ فيهِ فاكِ وَمُقلَتَيكِ

I kiss it in remembrance, as though I

I kiss it upon memory as if

Were kissing in it your mouth and both your eyes.

I were kissing your mouth and eyelashes in it
