وَالثَديُand the breast تَحسَبَهُyou think it وَسنانَdrowsy أَوor كَسِلاًlanguid
وَالثَديُ تَحسَبَهُ وَسنانَ أَو كَسِلاً
وَقَدwhile it has تَمايَلَtilted مَيلاًa leaning غَيرَnot مُنكَسِرِdrooping
وَقَد تَمايَلَ مَيلاً غَيرَ مُنكَسِرِ
And the breast—you would think it drowsy or languid,
Her breast you'd think a fountain or a pillow
As it has tilted without drooping.
