حزب الغيوب أتانا — Bahaa Al Sayadi

حِزبُ الغُيُوبِ أَتَانا

فَحَمى بآياتِ الغُيُوبِ حِمَانا

The Litany of the Unseen has come to us,

And with the verses of the unseen, it guarded our sanctuary.

وَجَلا ظَلامَ الهَمِّ عَن أَسرارِنا

هِمَمٌ أَقامَت المِعُلا أَركانا

And dispelled the darkness of sorrow from our inward secrets.

High resolves set up pillars of eminence.

والنَهضَةُ الغَيبِيَّةُ انبَلَجَت وَقَد

حَيَّت بِمَعنى ما يَكُونُ وَكَانا

And the unseen awakening dawned, and had

Greeted us with the meaning of what will be and what has been.

اللَهُ عَوَّدَنا الجَميل وَقَبلَ أَن

نَسَجَ الوُجُودَ بِغيبِه أَعلانا

God has accustomed us to goodness; and before

He wove existence, He exalted us in His unseen realm.

وَأَقامَنا للعارِفينَ أَئِمَّةً

وَلَطائِفَ المَدَدِ العظيمِ حَبانا

And established us as leaders for the gnostics,

And bestowed on us the subtle gifts of mighty aid.

فَلَنَحنُ في أهل المعارج كَعبةٌ

طافوا بِنَا يَبغُونَ نورَ هُدانا

For among the people of ascent, we are indeed a Kaaba;

They circumambulated us, seeking the light of our guidance.

وَلَنَحنُ آياتُ الإلهِ بِكونِهِ

قُمنا لِكَشفِ رُموزِه فُرقانا

And we are indeed God's signs in His universe;

We arose as a criterion of truth to unveil His symbols.

نُبنا النَّبِيَّ فَحالَنا مِن حالِهِ

وَكَمالَ سِرِّ فُهُومِهِ حَلانا

We stood in the Prophet's stead; our state derives from his.

And we were adorned with the perfection of the mystery of his insights.

صِرنا دَعائِمَ علمهِ في بَيتِهِ

زِدنَا صُنُوفَ صُفُوفِهِ ايمانا

We became pillars of his knowledge in his house.

We increased his diverse ranks in faith.

نُولِي الوَليَّ المكرُماتِ وإِنَّهُ

بِالسُّوءِ يَلقى اللَهَ مَن عادَانا

We bestow noble gifts upon the saint; and indeed

Whoever opposes us meets God in an evil state.

فَالفتحُ سَهمُ مُحِبِنا أَبَدَا المدى

والخَيرُ مَبذُولٌ لِمَن والانا

So spiritual opening is the share of whoever loves us, for all time,

And goodness is freely given to whoever is loyal to us.

ويد العناية لم تزل لقلوبنا

تبدي بطي نوالها الألوانا

And the hand of providence has never ceased, for our hearts,

To reveal the colors enfolded within its bounty.

ما قال قائلنا بجمع القلب يا

اللَه ألا ربنا لبانا

Never did one of us say, with a gathered heart, 'O

God!' without our Lord answering us.

وأغاثنا بالإستجابة محسناً

وأعزنا وأعاننا وحمانا

And He succored us, graciously answering,

And honored us, aided us, and protected us.

دع عنك من كثفت رقيقه قلبه

فعدا وزاد بغيه بهتانا

Leave aside the one whose heart's delicate substance grew coarse;

Then he transgressed, and his wrongdoing grew in slander.

هو في مكافحة الشؤن منكدٌ

ما رام صفو العز إلا هانا

He is miserable in his struggle with affairs;

He never sought unclouded honor without being humbled.

تلويه قسراً صدمة القدر التي

رفعت لسلسلة النبوة شانا

The shock of destiny forcibly bends him—the same shock that

Raised the stature of the chain of prophethood.

ويقين بارؤنا بنحة فضله

أعلامنا ويزيد في عليانا

And our Creator adorns, with [a gift of] His grace,

Our banners, and increases our exaltation.

فترى القلوب وإن تلكأ بعضها

حسداً تعظم دائماً معنانا

So you see hearts—even if some of them hesitate

Out of envy—always honoring our significance.

هل ساق زمزمة القلوب لربها

بعد انحرافٍ مسها إلانا

Has anyone led the hearts' murmuring to their Lord,

After deviation touched them, other than us?

فانظر ترى الطهر المكرم جدنا

شيءٌ يرى ناسوته لولانا

So look: you will see our pure, honored forefather.

Would anything of his human nature be seen, were it not for us?

ألفقر للرحمن جلببنا بلا

ذلٍّ وعلم اللَه قد أغنانا

Poverty before the Most Merciful has cloaked us without

Humiliation, and knowledge of God has enriched us.

مات الرجال على بساط زعومهم

واللضه بالتحقيق قد أحيانا

Men died upon the carpet of their claims,

And God, through realization, has brought us to life.

فالجأ لنا واحفظ صميم عهودنا

ما ثم بابٌ للنبي سوانا

So seek refuge with us, and preserve the heart of our covenants;

There is no gate to the Prophet other than us.
