وَحَياتِكُمby your lives مازِلتُI have remained مُذsince فارَقتُكُمI parted from you
وَحَياتِكُم مازِلتُ مُذ فارَقتُكُم
مُتَرَقِّباًawaiting أَخبارَكُمnews of you مُتَطَلِّعاeagerly expectant
مُتَرَقِّباً أَخبارَكُم مُتَطَلِّعا
By your lives, ever since I parted from you I have been
Awaiting news of you with eager anticipation.
مُنّواbestow بِهاwith it كَرَماًout of generosity عَلَيَّupon me فَإِنَّهاfor indeed it
مُنّوا بِها كَرَماً عَلَيَّ فَإِنَّها
مِنamong أَعظَمِthe greatest الأَشياءِthe things عِنديin my estimation مَوقِعاin importance
مِن أَعظَمِ الأَشياءِ عِندي مَوقِعا
Graciously bestow it on me, for it
Is among the things of greatest importance to me.
