لَعَنَmay curse اللَهُGod صاعِداًṢāʿid
لَعَنَ اللَهُ صاعِداً
وَأَباهُand his father فَصاعِداand so on upward
وَأَباهُ فَصاعِدا
May God curse Ṣāʿid,
May Allah curse the one ascending
and his father, and so on upward,
And his father, ever ascending
وَبَنيهِand his sons فَنازِلاًand so on downward
وَبَنيهِ فَنازِلاً
واحِداًone ثُمَّthen واحِداone
واحِداً ثُمَّ واحِدا
and his sons, and so on downward,
And his sons, descending
one, then another.
