سَأَرقُمُI shall write بِالماءِwith water القُراحِpure إِلَيكُمُto you all
سَأَرقُمُ بِالماءِ القُراحِ إِلَيكُمُ
عَلىdespite نَأيِكُمyour distance إِنif كانَthere is لِلماءِfor water راقِمُa writer
عَلى نَأيِكُم إِن كانَ لِلماءِ راقِمُ
I shall write to you with pure water,
I will inscribe with tears unto you
despite your distance—if anyone can write with water.
