وَلَو شَهِدَ الفَوارِسُ مِن نُمَيرٍ

بِرامَةَ أَو بِنَعفِ لِوى القَصيمِ

بِرامَةَ أَو بِنَعفِ لِوى القَصيمِ

And had the horsemen of Numayr been present

Even if the knights of Numayr were to bear witness,

At Rāmah, or on the slope of al-Qaṣīm’s winding sands.

To Rama or to Na'af of Liwa Al-Qasim,
