لاdo not تَأكُلواdevour أَبَداًever جيرانَكُمyour neighbors سَرَفاًexcessively
لا تَأكُلوا أَبَداً جيرانَكُم سَرَفاً
أَهلَpeople of الزَعارَةِwickedness فيin مُلكِthe reign of اِبنِson of عَفّانِAffan
أَهلَ الزَعارَةِ في مُلكِ اِبنِ عَفّانِ
Never devour your neighbors to excess,
Never feast on your neighbors to excess
you people of wickedness, in the reign of Ibn Affan.
