فَسيطٌ لَدى الأُفُقِ مِن خِنصِرِ
As though its rain-cloud’s son—the crescent—slanting,
As if her child of grace were taking wing,
Were a little finger’s nail-paring at the horizon.
A carpet by the horizon's marge outspread.
