لعمريby my life لقدindeed مَنَّbestowed المُجالِحُal-Mujāliḥ مِنَّةًa favor
لعمري لقد مَنَّ المُجالِحُ مِنَّةً
عَلَيَّupon me فنُعماهاso the credit for it لهُbelongs to him آخرَuntil the end of الدَّهرِtime
عَلَيَّ فنُعماها لهُ آخرَ الدَّهرِ
By my life, al-Mujāliḥ has indeed bestowed a favor
By my life, al-Mujāliḥ has indeed bestowed a favor
upon me—may its blessing be his till the end of time.
Upon me; the credit for it is his until the end of time.
