وكم مال أكلت بغير حل
How many doors have you opened without right,
And how many a door you have opened without right!
and how much wealth have you consumed without lawful sanction?
And how much wealth you have consumed unlawfully!
كأنكas though you منfrom خصىtesticles سبعينseventy بغلاmules
كأنك من خصى سبعين بغلا
جمعتyou were assembled فأنتso you are كالثورlike the bull الموليturning away
جمعت فأنت كالثور المولي
As though from the testicles of seventy mules
As though from the testicles of seventy mules
you had been assembled—so you are like a bull turning tail.
