حياتي لكم مني ثناء مخلد
O sons of Darim, if my life should end, there has already gone forth
My people, though my life may end, it is past,
Throughout my life, undying praise from me to you.
My life for you is immortal praise.

You began and showed kindness, so I praised you earnestly.
You began well, so I ardently applauded,
And if you do so again, I shall praise you; repetition is more praiseworthy.
And should you return, I will applaud again, for return is best.
