رَجَعتَ بِهِنَّ دَوامي الصِفا

رَجَعتَ بِهِنَّ دَوامي الصِفا

حِ يُنزَعُ مِنهُنَّ شَوكُ القَنا

حِ يُنزَعُ مِنهُنَّ شَوكُ القَنا

You returned with them, their flanks bleeding,

You have brought back to me days of youth

the thorns of spears being drawn from them.

When thorns are plucked from them

وَضَمَّختَ أَعناقَها بِالدِما

وَضَمَّختَ أَعناقَها بِالدِما

وَأَوقَرتَ أَكفالَها بِالدُمى

وَأَوقَرتَ أَكفالَها بِالدُمى

And you smeared their necks with blood,

And you soaked their necks with blood

and loaded their croups with doll-like beauties.

And weighed down their shoulders with wounds
