بدرٌ غدا يشربُ شمساً غَدَتْ
وحَدُّهاand her defining nature فيin الوصفِdescription منْfrom حَدِّهِhis defining nature
وحَدُّها في الوصفِ منْ حَدِّهِ
A full moon began to drink a sun that had become
The full moon rises to drink the sun
akin to him in the qualities by which she is described.

تغربُshe sets فيin فيهhis mouth ولكنَّهاbut she
تغربُ في فيه ولكنَّها
منfrom بَعْدِafter ذاthis تطلعُshe rises فيin خدهhis cheek
من بَعْدِ ذا تطلعُ في خده
