عَلىfor فاجِحٍFājiḥ هَدَّshattered العَشيرَةَthe clan فَقدُهُhis loss
عَلى فاجِحٍ هَدَّ العَشيرَةَ فَقدُهُ
بِهِabout him أَعلَنَproclaimed الناعيthe death-announcer الحَديثَthe news المُجَمجَماhushed; indistinct
بِهِ أَعلَنَ الناعي الحَديثَ المُجَمجَما
For Fājiḥ, whose loss shattered the clan,
He guided the clan to ruin when gone
the death-announcer proclaimed the hushed news of him.
With him did the mourner declare the grim tale
