رِسالَةَa message مَنone who قَدalready صارَhas come to be فيin الغُربِremoteness; exile جانِبُهhis side (his abode)
رِسالَةَ مَن قَد صارَ في الغُربِ جانِبُه
Listen, you two: convey to the clans of Saʿd ibn Mālik
Deliver for me to the quarters of Sa'd ibn Malik
a message from one whose abode now lies far away.
