مَن لِم يُفارِقِ الكِتابَ

مَن لِم يُفارِقِ الكِتابَ

وَلا الكِتابُ يُفارِقُه

وَلا الكِتابُ يُفارِقُه

Whoever has not parted from the Book,

He who the Book forsakes not

nor does the Book part from him.

Nor by the Book forsook is he,

ما المَرءُ غَيرَ وَلِيِّهِ

ما المَرءُ غَيرَ وَلِيِّهِ

وَأَخو الشِقاقِ مُشاقِقُه

وَأَخو الشِقاقِ مُشاقِقُه

A man is none other than his ally,

No man but by his Lord sustained,

and a brother of discord is his adversary.

Discord his brother disputing he.
