يا مُلهِمي نَفسي الغَرامَ بِحُبِّمِم
حَتّىuntil هَداهاguided it لِلهُدىto guidance إِلهامُهاits inspiration
حَتّى هَداها لِلهُدى إِلهامُها
O you who inspire my soul with passion through love for you [probable reading],
O my inspirer, who inspired my soul with love for you
Until its inspiration led it to guidance.

ما قامَ حُبُّكُم بِذاتي إِنَّما

Love for you was not sustained by my being; rather,
It is not your love that gave my essence life
