إِنَّIndeed الَّتيshe who بِاِختِفائِهاthrough her concealment ظَهَرَتappeared
إِنَّ الَّتي بِاِختِفائِها ظَهَرَت
وَكانَand used to عَنّاfrom us السُفورُunveiling يُخفيهاhide her
وَكانَ عَنّا السُفورُ يُخفيها
Indeed, she who appeared through her concealment,
and whom unveiling used to hide from us,
مَمنوعَةٌbarred بِالصَفاءِby clarity رَؤيَتُهاseeing her
مَمنوعَةٌ بِالصَفاءِ رَؤيَتُها
لِلعَينِto the eye إِلّاexcept بِوَصفِthrough the description of رائيهاher beholder
لِلعَينِ إِلّا بِوَصفِ رائيها
is kept by her clarity from being seen
by the eye, save through her beholder's description.
