إِذا كانَ الخَلا مِنهُ مَحالاً

إِذا كانَ الخَلا مِنهُ مَحالاً

فَغَيبَةُ عِلمِهِ عَنّا مَحالُ

فَغَيبَةُ عِلمِهِ عَنّا مَحالُ

If a void without Him is impossible,

If being devoid of Him is impossible,

then knowledge of Him cannot be absent from us.

Then His knowledge being absent from us is impossible,

لِأَنَّ مُفيدَ أَنفُسِنا هُداها

لِأَنَّ مُفيدَ أَنفُسِنا هُداها

مُجانِبُ ذاتِهِ عَنّا الضَلالُ

مُجانِبُ ذاتِهِ عَنّا الضَلالُ

For He who grants our souls their guidance

Because what benefits our souls is His guidance,

is such that error shuns His essence, staying far from us.

While misguidance keeps His essence away from us.
