جِوارُكَ هذا العالَمَ اليَومَ نَكبَةٌ

جِوارُكَ هذا العالَمَ اليَومَ نَكبَةٌ

عَلَيكَ وَلَيسَ البَينُ عَنهُ مُيَسَّرا

عَلَيكَ وَلَيسَ البَينُ عَنهُ مُيَسَّرا

Your dwelling alongside this world today is a calamity

for you, and parting from it is not made easy.

سَيَعلَمُ ذاكَ المُدَّعي صَحَّةَ الهُدى

سَيَعلَمُ ذاكَ المُدَّعي صَحَّةَ الهُدى

مَتى كانَ حَقٌّ أَيُّنا كانَ أَخسَرا

مَتى كانَ حَقٌّ أَيُّنا كانَ أَخسَرا

That claimant will learn the soundness of guidance—

if truth exists—and which of us was the greater loser.
