بِغَيرِ ذُنّارٍ وَزُنّارِ
Rise to your Lord of your own free will,
Arise to your Lord as His chosen one,
Without a dhunnār or a zunnār girdle.
Without any guilt or sin,

God has honored me, and I do not
Allah has given me honor, and I will not
Hope for Paradise, but for release from the Fire.
Fill Paradise, but rather free from the Fire,

I am not worth a copper coin; yet in His judgment
I am worthless coins, yet in His wisdom,
My blood-price is a thousand dinars.
He ransomed me for thousands of gold coins.
