Our youngest and our oldest forget calamities;
Our sorrows and grief we once knew are forgot,
and you will not find a heart bearing sorrow.
No sadness remains in the heart that is fraught,

Let whoever gathers this wealth not rejoice in it:
Let not wealth bring you happiness and joy,
pure gold will surely sadden you if hoarded.

A house of pure gold is reckoned a rhymed verse:
The house of Nudhar is but a shell,
if the tiniest amount vanished from it, it would no longer be balanced.
Bereft of him, it rings not its bell.
