قَضىdecreed اللَهُGod أَنَّthat الآدَمِيَّthe human being مُعَذَّبٌtormented
قَضى اللَهُ أَنَّ الآدَمِيَّ مُعَذَّبٌ
إِلىuntil أَنthat يَقولَsay العالِمونَthose acquainted بِهِwith him قَضىhe died
إِلى أَن يَقولَ العالِمونَ بِهِ قَضى
God decreed that man shall be tormented,
Until those acquainted with him say, "He has died."
فَهَنِّئso congratulate وُلاةَthe next of kin المَيتِof the deceased يَومَon the day رَحيلِهِof his departure
فَهَنِّئ وُلاةَ المَيتِ يَومَ رَحيلِهِ
أَصابواthey gained تُراثاًan inheritance وَاِستَراحَand found rest الَّذيthe one who مَضىpassed away
أَصابوا تُراثاً وَاِستَراحَ الَّذي مَضى
So congratulate the dead man's next of kin on the day of his departure:
They gained an inheritance, and he who passed away found rest.
