فَإِنَّما الناسُ كُلُّهُم وَسَخُ
Disperse, so that your evil may diminish.
They separated so that your evil would lessen
For all people are nothing but filth.
Yet all people are totally corrupt
أَجهِلhow ignorant بِساداتِهِمtheir leaders are وَإِنand even if زَعَمواthey claim

أَنَّهُمُ في عُلومِهِم رَسَخوا
How ignorant their leaders are, even if they claim
I'm ignorant of their chiefs though they claim
that they are firmly rooted in their learning.
To be firmly rooted in knowledge

They did not break their covenant with ugliness;
They didn't break their promise of ugly deeds
they were miserly, but with their secret they were generous.
They were stingy yet they wasted their own secrets

Religious law has already been abrogated in their times;
Religion was abolished in their eras
so would that they, like their law, had been abrogated!
If only they, like their religion, were abolished
