أَيوجَدُIs there فيamong الوَرىhumankind نَفَرٌa group طَهارىpure
أَيوجَدُ في الوَرى نَفَرٌ طَهارى
أَمِOr الأَقوامُthe peoples كُلُّهُمُall of them رُجوسُunclean
أَمِ الأَقوامُ كُلُّهُمُ رُجوسُ
Is there among humankind a group of pure people,
Or are all peoples unclean?
بَناتُdaughters العَمُّthe paternal uncle تَأباهاreject them النَصارىthe Christians
بَناتُ العَمُّ تَأباها النَصارى
وَبِالأَخواتِand with the sisters أَعرَسَتhave married المَجوسُthe Magians
وَبِالأَخواتِ أَعرَسَت المَجوسُ
Christians refuse to wed their paternal cousins,
And the Magians have married their sisters.
