How often the world counsels us, yet we do not heed!
And he whose fortune favors him succeeds.

in deeds, though barren in words.

An ignorant man sought to set us straight,
though we are diverse from conception.

An old man’s sons resent supporting him;
and do lion cubs support the lions?
