Kisra, lord of Persia, was a horseman;
A knight was the Lord of the knights of Chosroes,
Calamities drove him from Shidaz.
His adventures took him away from Ctesiphon.

So be like the pearl, whose very name
So return like the pearl which by its name
Spares you the need to ascribe it to Khidaz.
Enriches you without tracing it back to Khosroes.
