هم الركب قد راحوا حثاثاً مسائحاً

ونحن على الآثار في طلب الركب

They are the caravan, gone swiftly, journeying on,

They are the caravan: they have hurried away, journeying onward,

while we follow their tracks, seeking the caravan.

متماهم راحوا بكرنا وباكروا

أيا رب عفواً إنني لك تائب

O Lord, grant pardon; truly, I repent to You.

O Lord, pardon me; indeed, I turn to You in repentance.

Show me forbearance, and forgive my sin, O my Lord.
