فَثَمَّ تَرى مَعنى السَعادَةِ ظاهِراً
وَثَمَّand there تَرىyou see حِزبَthe party of الهِدايَةِguidance ظاهِراprevailing
وَثَمَّ تَرى حِزبَ الهِدايَةِ ظاهِرا
So there you see the meaning of happiness made manifest.
