سَيفُ رَسولِ اللَهِ في يَميني

سَيفُ رَسولِ اللَهِ في يَميني

وَفي يساري قاطِعُ الوَتينِ

وَفي يساري قاطِعُ الوَتينِ

The sword of God's Messenger is in my right hand;

The sword of Allah's Messenger is in my right hand,

The sword of the Messenger of Allah is in my right hand,

And in my left, a blade that severs the aorta.

And in my left hand the severer of necks.

And in my left is the severer of the life-vein,

فَكُلُّ مَن بارَزَني يَجيني

فَكُلُّ مَن بارَزَني يَجيني

أَضرِبُهُ بِالسَيفِ عَن قَريني

أَضرِبُهُ بِالسَيفِ عَن قَريني

So everyone who challenges me to single combat comes to me;

So whoever contends with me and opposes me,

So let whoever seeks single combat come forth to me,

I strike him with the sword in defense of my companion,

I will strike him with the sword for the sake of my dear one,

I strike him with the sword in defense of my Companion,

مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَن سَبيلِ الدينِ

مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَن سَبيلِ الدينِ

هَذا قَليلٌ مِن طُلابِ العينِ

هَذا قَليلٌ مِن طُلابِ العينِ

Muhammad, and in defense of the path of faith.

Muhammad, and for the path of religion.

Muhammad, and for the sake of the path of Faith;

This is but little from those who seek the fair-eyed maidens.

This is a little from the seekers of martyrdom.

This is but a small price for those seeking the wide-eyed maidens of Paradise.
