Ruin and misery upon you, O son of Utbah!

Ruin and misery be upon you, O son of Utbah,

I give you a draught from the cup of death.

I shall make you drink a draught from the cup of death,

وَلا أُبالي بَعدَ ذَلِكَ غِبَّه

وَلا أُبالي بَعدَ ذَلِكَ غِبَّه

And after that, I care nothing for its consequences.

And I care not what consequences follow thereafter.
