God gave explanation to the prince in detail
It is not marked by the difficulty of allusion.
He was not characterized by obscurity in hinting
سهلُeasy التّناوُلaccess بالخفاءabout what is hidden مُصرّحspeaking explicitly
سهلُ التّناوُل بالخفاء مُصرّح
قدindeed فاقexcelled فيin التّسهيلsimplification والتّصريحand explicit expression
قد فاق في التّسهيل والتّصريح
Easy to grasp, it makes what is obscure explicit.
Easy to comprehend with clarity he made obvious
It has indeed excelled in simplification and explicit expression.
He excelled in facilitating and explicating
فإذاso if افتقرتyou have need الىof كتابa book موضّحelucidating
فإذا افتقرت الى كتاب موضّح
فكتابُهُthen his book المغنيsufficient عنin place of التوضيحelucidation
فكتابُهُ المغني عن التوضيح
So if you need an elucidating book,
So if you need a book that makes clear
then his book suffices, leaving no need for elucidation.
