مُهنَّأةٌ بمجدِكَ والمعالي

شُهورُ الدَّهر والشهرُ الحرامُ

شُهورُ الدَّهر والشهرُ الحرامُ

Congratulated on your glory and high honors

are the months of time and the sacred month.

فأنت بمل مجلبة عِصامٌ

فأنت بمل مجلبة عِصامٌ

وأنتَ لكلِّ مُجْدبةٍ غَمامُ

وأنتَ لكلِّ مُجْدبةٍ غَمامُ

For you are a safeguard in every tumult,

and for every drought-stricken land, you are a rain cloud.

تودُّ نوالكَ السُّحُبُ الغَوادي

تودُّ نوالكَ السُّحُبُ الغَوادي

ويُحسدُ بأسكَ العضب الحُسامُ

ويُحسدُ بأسكَ العضب الحُسامُ

The morning clouds covet your bounty,

and your valor is envied by the keen, cutting sword.

سليمُ القلب من صُورِ الدَّنايا

سليمُ القلب من صُورِ الدَّنايا

وكِيدٌ حُسنُ عهدكَ والذِّمامُ

وكِيدٌ حُسنُ عهدكَ والذِّمامُ

Your heart is free from all forms of baseness;

your good faith and pledged protection are steadfast.

يُفيدُ لِقاءُ يومٍ منكَ ودّاً

يُفيدُ لِقاءُ يومٍ منكَ ودّاً

ويوجِبُ عندكَ الحقَّ السَّلامُ

ويوجِبُ عندكَ الحقَّ السَّلامُ

A single day’s meeting with you wins affection,

and a greeting establishes a claim upon you.

رَضيٌّ للاِمامِ ومُرتْضاهُ

رَضيٌّ للاِمامِ ومُرتْضاهُ

وكلُّ الخيرِ ما رَضيَ الاِمامُ

وكلُّ الخيرِ ما رَضيَ الاِمامُ

You are favored by the Imam, and chosen by him;

and all good lies in what the Imam approves.

فَدُمْ مجدَ الملوكِ حليفَ عزٍّ

فَدُمْ مجدَ الملوكِ حليفَ عزٍّ

مدى الأيامِ شَأوُكَ لا يُرامُ

مدى الأيامِ شَأوُكَ لا يُرامُ

So live on, glory of kings, allied with might,

through all the days, your eminence beyond reach.
