Who will pity me for this ponderous, cold fellow? My gaze
My friend, your pain I understand
upon him has racked me with sickness and made me ill.
When cold eyes make illness expand

تباركَ الله مجرى الروح في حَضَنِ
Whenever his figure appears before me, I rise and recite to him:
But when his form appears, I rise to greet
Blessed be God, who makes the spirit flow through Mount Ḥaḍan!
Blessed is God who breathes spirit serene and sweet
