أسَّسُواthey laid foundations لِكُلّfor every كفورٍdeeply ungrateful person
أسَّسُوا لِكُلّ كفورٍ
ظالمٍan oppressor لاnot يَخَافُhe fears يومَthe day of العقابِpunishment
ظالمٍ لا يَخَافُ يومَ العقابِ
They laid foundations for every ingrate,
They laid the foundations for every ungrateful one
An oppressor who fears not the Day of Punishment.
An oppressor who does not fear the day of punishment
فَبِهمْso through them حَيْدرٌHaydar أُصِيبَwas stricken ونَجلاand the two sons
فَبِهمْ حَيْدرٌ أُصِيبَ ونَجلا
هُhis وَزَيدٌand Zayd وكلُّand every دَاعِcaller مَجابِwhose call is heeded
هُ وَزَيدٌ وكلُّ دَاعِ مَجابِ
So through them, Haydar was stricken, and the two sons
It was by them Haydar was struck down and Nafilah
Of his, and Zayd, and every caller whose call is heeded.
He and Zaid and all who answer the call for help
