العاذِلُ في هَوَاكِ قَدْ زادَ وَقالْ

العاذِلُ في هَوَاكِ قَدْ زادَ وَقالْ

وَالصَّبُّ لمّا يَقُولُ مُلقِيه وَقالْ

وَالصَّبُّ لمّا يَقُولُ مُلقِيه وَقالْ

The reproacher has gone too far over love for you, and said:

The lover in passionate love for you has transgressed and said

And the lovelorn one, when its reciter speaks, said [wording unclear]:

And rapture when expressed by the enraptured has transgressed and said

لا تَحْسَب أَنّ الحُسْنَ في وَجْهِكَ حَالْ

لا تَحْسَب أَنّ الحُسْنَ في وَجْهِكَ حَالْ

قَدْ عَمَّ جَمالَ خَدِّكَ الوَرْدُ بِحَال

قَدْ عَمَّ جَمالَ خَدِّكَ الوَرْدُ بِحَال

Do not think that the beauty in your face has changed;

Do not think beauty lies in your face alone

The roses have suffused your cheek’s beauty, “in a state” [sense unclear].

Rose tint on your cheek has spread its beauty everywhere
