فَاطَّرِحْso cast aside قِيلَit was said وَقَالاand he said
فَاطَّرِحْ قِيلَ وَقَالا
What was, was, and has passed away.

So cast aside hearsay and idle talk.
So cast aside what people say
أَيُّهاO you العاتِبُthe reproacher ظُلْماًunjustly
أَيُّها العاتِبُ ظُلْماً
حَسْبُكَsufficient for you اللَّهُGod تَعالَىexalted is He
حَسْبُكَ اللَّهُ تَعالَى
O you who reproach unjustly,
O you who unjustly blame
God Most High is sufficient for you.
Sufficient for you is God Most High
