A familiar torment of days gone by,

Their distance in comradeship after nearness,

No end to love's beginnings of its flow.

A soul led astray views its passion
for those beautiful women is a portion of its torment.

Save her rejection, aloofness, shunning you.

Growing apart from the means, and through her.

A sun screened in raiment that covers all.
