I glance at her, and she knows what I want.
I notice her and she learns what I want
And she glances at me, so the envious one watches her.
And she glances at me so the envious glare at her

Whenever good comes to me that I benefit from

Yes—a sigh that sorrow keeps repeating,
Yes, a soul that melancholy keeps repeating
And an eye whose sleep is forever banished,
And eyes whose sleep is ever elusive

And a lovesick heart with a fire within,
And a wandering heart aflame
It nearly perishes from the severity of its affliction.
That almost perishes from the intensity of affliction
