نِلتَ ما نِلتَ يا بَغيضُ بِأُمٍّ
هِيَshe أَعطَتكَgave you رُتبَةَthe rank of الوُزَراءِthe viziers
هِيَ أَعطَتكَ رُتبَةَ الوُزَراءِ
You attained what you attained, O Baghid, through a mother
who gave you the rank of viziers.
فَإِذاso when عُدِّدَتare counted صَنائِعُprotégés of قَومٍa people
فَإِذا عُدِّدَت صَنائِعُ قَومٍ
كُنتَyou would be فيهاamong them صَنيعَةَthe protégé of البَظراءِthe woman with the long clitoris
كُنتَ فيها صَنيعَةَ البَظراءِ
So when a people's protégés are counted,
you will be among them, the protégé of the woman with the long clitoris.
