Your brother is the full moon, O sphere of lofty honors,
O moon, your brother is the sky of glory
And the light of glory, O garden of perfection.
And light of honor, O garden of perfection

And your palm is the cloud, and he is rain;
Your comfort is the cloud and it is rain
And you are the sea, and he is one of its pearls.
You are the sea and it is of the waves

مَلَكتا بِالنَدى رِق الرِجال
O two sons of that noble chief, for whom lives are offered,
O son of the invaluable dome
Through generosity you two have won the servitude of men.
You have reigned with dew over men

It lends light to the gazelle of the horizons—
Your praise outshines the gazelles of horizons
Praise of you both—and musk to the gazelle.
And your scent captivates the gazelle

وَوَصف سِواكُما غَيث الخَيال
In describing you both, I compose poetry in earnest;
I sincerely compose poetry in your praise
And describing anyone else is the rain of imagination.
And praising other than you is futile imagination
