Let me distribute what I have and gather what
Let me sort what is with me, and gather what avails,
is of use, and carry out the deeds that are required.
And accomplish of deeds what duty entails.

My soul, which possesses things, is departing,
My soul that owns all things and passes away -
so I do not care about a thing when it is gone.
So what care I for aught when it fades and decays?
