يا ابن الكماة السادة الصيدِ

يا ابن الكماة السادة الصيدِ

Say to the illustrious, bounty-seeking prince:

O son of armored warriors, proud lords!

يا أبها المولى الذي لم يزل

يا أبها المولى الذي لم يزل

شعاره صدق المواعيدِ

شعاره صدق المواعيدِ

O master, who has always had

Faithfulness to promises as his watchword:

ما يصبر المفلس عن رسمه

ما يصبر المفلس عن رسمه

اكثر من عيد إلى عيدِ

اكثر من عيد إلى عيدِ

The penniless man cannot forgo his customary allowance

For longer than from one feast to the next.

فاسعد به وابق أخا نعمة

فاسعد به وابق أخا نعمة

في كنفَي عزٍّ وتأييدِ

في كنفَي عزٍّ وتأييدِ

So rejoice in it, and remain blessed with plenty,

Beneath the sheltering wings of glory and support.
